BY KEITH NUTHALLAN OPINION poll by European Union (EU) survey organisation Eurobarometer reveals widespread public concern about frauds against EU institutions, with 59 per cent of citizens disagreeing with the statement "fraud against the EU and its budget happens very rarely."
