FORD WELCOMES MAJOR EIB LOAN FOR UNLOCKING LOW CO2 EMISSIONS PROGRAMME

BY KEITH NUTHALL FORD UK has this morning welcomed the signing of contracts for a GBPounds GBP450 million loan from the European Investment Bank (EIB) it says will unlock five-years' investment in environment-friendly auto production. GBP 360 million of the loan will be guaranteed by the British government.
