BY MONICA DOBIE, in MontrealTHE FORD Motor Company of Canada Ltd has announced it will invite other advertising agencies to bid for its estimated CAN$50 million contract that has been in the hands of Young and Rubicam Canada for the past ten years.A spokesman from Ford Canada said that the decision to put the contract up for review is not the result of a flawed performance by Young and Rubicam.
