BY KEITH NUTHALL A MAJOR dispute has erupted between European Union (EU) anti-fraud office OLAF and the European Parliament after parliamentary officials blocked an OLAF raid on offices of MEPs accused of selling their votes. OLAF tried to gain access to the offices of Austria's Ernst Strasser (who later resigned); Romania's Adrian Severin (once deputy prime minister); and Zoran Thaler, a former Slovenian foreign minister.
