EUROPEAN EXPERT GROUP WILL EXAMINE BOOK DIGITISATION

BY KEITH NUTHALL EUROPE'S slow digitisation of its rich literary treasures should receive a boost this year, with the European Commission establishing a 'reflection group' charged with helping clear technical and legal road-blocks.
