THE EUROPEAN Commission has today (Dec 10) fined Johnson & Johnson (J&J) and Novartis International EUR16 million for delaying the market entry of a generic version of the pain-killer fentanyl."J&J paid Novartis to delay the entry of a generic pain killer.
