EUREKA NETWORK DEVELOPS PASSPORT-IN-THE-POCKET IMMIGRATION CONTROLS

BY KEITH NUTHALL A RESEARCH project coordinated by European Union (EU) research network Eureka has developed smart ID card technology that could enable airport passengers to clear immigration security by walking past a sensor with their passports in their pocket.
