BY KEITH NUTHALLTHE IRISH government has announced that it is backing an Austrian call for the ongoing European Union (EU) intergovernmental conference (IGC) - that is writing the EU's first constitution - to convene a separate conference to review the Euratom nuclear energy treaty.
