THE EUROPEAN Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam (EuroCham) is predicting that trade in clothing and textile products between Vietnam and the European Union (EU) will grow significantly once the free trade agreement struck between the two jurisdictions comes into force next year (2018). EuroCham is estimating that Vietnamese exports of textiles, clothing and footwear to the EU will more than double by 2020.
