THE EUROPEAN Union (EU) has released proposals on how it wants to build more common systems and promote mutual recognition in personal care product assessments and testing methods through the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP), currently being negotiated between the two sides.These suggestions came in the eighth round of TTIP negotiations, which took place in Brussels between February 2 and 6.
