THE EUROPEAN Commission has confirmed that transport will command the lion's share of trans European networks (TENs) budgets for 2007-13. Releasing details of the general medium-term budget deal struck with ministers and MEPs last month, Brussels said TENs transport projects should receive Euro 8.013 billion over the seven years, while energy networks will receive just Euro 155 million.
