THE EUROPEAN Chemicals Agency (ECHA) is opening a special computer portal to help UK paints and coatings manufacturers and formulators who want to protect themselves against Britain quitting the European Union (EU), especially if this happens with no deal. It has opened a ‘Brexit window’ in its computer system, REACH-IT, from March 12 to 29, offering UK companies the chance to protect themselves against any Brexit eventuality.
