KEITH NUTHALLWATER companies may be able to help the European Union and its Member States improve standards in the sector within developing countries, as part of an initiative to be launched by Brussels at the oncoming World Summit on Sustainable Development, in Johannesburg, this August and September.This so-called "strategic partnership" will see the EU trying to spread its own knowledge and expertise in water services to poorer countries.
