THE EUROPEAN Commission has revamped its scientific advisory committees which have released a wide-range of expert opinions of relevance to the personal care product sector. New scientific committees on consumer products; health and environmental risks; and emerging and newly identified health risks have been established, each electing a new chair and two vice-chairs.
