EU RELEASES NEW EXPLOSIVES PRECURSORS CONTROLS
May 1st, 2019 THE TEXTILE dying industry and its suppliers will have to check compliance with a new European Union (EU) regulation on the marketing and use of explosives precursors, approved by the European Parliament last month (April 16). Its rules have been designed to increase licensing and controls so that terror groups cannot source chemicals they can use to launch violent attacks.
