EU MOVES TOWARDS PUBLIC PROSECUTOR PROPOSALS

THE EUROPEAN Union (EU) needs to act on its long discussed goal of creating an EU public prosecutor to protect its financial interests and should also introduce an EU-wide definition of mafia-style organised crime, MEPs said this week.
