THE FISH farming industry of Europe's newest independent country Montenegro has been boosted by a free trade agreement signed between its government and the European Union (EU). In return, EU fish liver oil exports will enter Montenegro duty free. The country wants to join the EU and has a booming tourist sector, increasing food demand.
