EU MINISTERS SIGNAL CAUTION OVER EU ENERGY CONSERVATION PLAN

BY ALAN OSBORN ENERGY ministers of the 25 European Union (EU) countries have agreed to consider a number of questions relating to the European Commission's recently-published energy efficiency and renewables policy, suggesting that a good deal of work will be needed to put the policy into effect.
