EU LAUNCHES VAT FRAUD COOPERATION TALKS WITH RUSSIA AND NORWAY

THE EUROPEAN Commission has launched talks with Russia and Norway to strike agreements on cooperation between their and European Union customs and tax officials to help fight cross-border VAT fraud.
