EU COUNCIL OF MINISTERS APPROVES CHINA, THAILAND PLASTIC BAG ANTI-DUMPING DUTIES

BY KEITH NUTHALL PARIS (ICIS News)--Rates of anti-dumping duties set this week by the European Union (EU) Council of Ministers for imports into the EU from China and Thailand of plastic sacks and bags have been detailed by minutes released in Brussels today (26 Sept). Ministers approved definitive duties yesterday, covering plastic sacks and bags no thicker than 100 micrometers, containing at least 20% by weight polyethylene.
