December 1st, 2010 BY MJ DESCHAMPS NATIONAL laws concerning the breeding and trading of European Union (EU) dogs and cats might soon become harmonised across all 27 member states, including the UK, to promote compatible systems of identification and registration, while helping fast, precise investigations into black-market pet trades and disease.
