EU CHEMICAL INDUSTRY ASSOCIATION UNHAPPY WITH EU HORMONE CHEMICAL GUIDANCE

THE EUROPEAN Commission’s proposed criteria on how to identify hormone-changing (endocrine-disrupting) chemicals in pesticides and biocides are insufficient for regulatory use, according to the European Chemical Industry Council (Cefic). Such chemicals can be found in pesticides and herbicides used to help grow feed for livestock.
