EUROPEAN Union (EU) soap and cosmetics manufactures will be able to export their products to Europe's newest country duty-free by 2012 under a trade agreement negotiated by the European Commission with Montenegro. As part of the long term plan to admit this Balkans country into the EU, the Montenegrin government has agreed to open various markets to imports from member states.
