EU AGENCY SAYS TOO EARLY TO REGULATE BITCOIN TECHNOLOGY

The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) has recommended that it is too early to regulate the block chain distributed ledger technology (DLT) that underpins virtual currency platforms such as Bitcoin.
