ESMA RELEASES GUIDANCE ON MARKET MAKER FINANCIAL DECLARATIONS

THE EUROPEAN Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) has published final guidance explaining how market makers can be exempt from certain European Union (EU) financial declaration rules.
