EMISSIONS TRADING – ECJ

KEITH NUTHALLITALY, Finland, Belgium and Greece are being taken to the European Court of Justice (ECJ) by the European Commission, which says these governments have failed to properly establish the European Union (EU) emissions trading regime in their countries. This came into force on January 1, but has to be written into national statute books in a uniform way.
