AN EMERGENCY alert system that can immediately display critical messages on workers' computer terminals has undergone successful trials at Amsterdam's Schiphol Airport. Netherlands-based Netpresenter said its 'Emergency Alert Server' product, which can quickly inform both travellers and airport staff in the event of a security problem, fire or other disaster, would now be made more widely available. *http://www.netpresenter.com
