BY KEITH NUTHALLTHE EUROPEAN Investment Bank (EIB) is planning to lend between Euro 200 and 230 million to Canadian dominated Ambatovy Minerals SA and Dynatec Madagascar SA to develop and operate a new large-scale open pit lateritic nickel ore mine in Madagascar.
