BY KEITH NUTHALLThe European Commission is taking legal action against the UK, France, Greece, Italy, Spain and Luxembourg for failing to comply with EU laws on general waste management, hazardous waste, waste oils, landfills and the hazardous chemicals PCBs (polychlorinated biphenyls).
