ECJ SLAMS ITALY OVER NON-ROAD MOBILE MACHINERY PLANT EMISSIONS

Declaring Italy had "failed to fulfil its legal obligations," the court noted that the deadline for introducing the new 2004 standards had been May 20, 2005.
