BY KEITH NUTHALLTHE EUROPEAN Court of Justice (ECJ) has thrown out the blocking of the European Union-wide registration by Spain's Bodegas Franco-Españolas of the ROYAL trademark for Rioja wines, overturning a decision by EU's Office for Harmonisation in the Internal Market (Trade Marks and Designs) - OHIM.
