ECJ EXPANSION

BY KEITH NUTHALLA COMPREHENSIVE expansion of the European Court of Justice buildings in Luxembourg City is taking place, enabling the European Union's (EU) top judicial authority cope with the additional workload created by May's expansion of the EU.
