ECJ AND EU COUNCIL SET PRECEDENTS OVER UTILITY FINANCIAL ARRANGEMENTS

The European Union (EU) Council of Ministers gave special permission for waiving VAT for commercial supplies to build a power station spanning the border of Austria and Switzerland, which is not an EU member state. This agreement also covers the maintenance and renewal of the plant.
