ECJ AGAIN SLAPS DOWN SPAIN FISHING ACCESS CLAIMS

Madrid for a third time now, has claimed unfair treatment from the EU Council of Ministers for ignoring its plea for fishing rights based on special transitional rights to these waters from 1996 to 2002, which were replaced by closely restricted access afterwards.
