EC LAUNCHES EUROPEAN PENSION PLAN PROPOSALS

THE EUROPEAN Commission has proposed a European Union (EU) regulation that would create a Pan-European Personal Pension Product (PEPP), which would enable policy holders to enjoy guaranteed returns in any EU member state. They will complement, rather than replace, existing state-based, occupational and national personal pensions.
