EBRD LOAN BOOSTING TURKISH ACRYLIC PRODUCTION

A SYNDICATED loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) is enabling Turkish company Aksa Akrilik, already one of the world’s largest manufacturers of acrylic and acrylic fibres, to significantly expand its operations. The EBRD loan agreement, signed in July and covering seven years, was the fourth the bank has provided to Aksa Akrilik Kimya Sanayi A.S., which is based in Yalova, in north-west Turkey.
