DUTY INCREASE: UKRAINE

BY KEITH NUTHALLTHE EUROPEAN Commission has proposed increasing anti-dumping duties on Ukraine exports into the European Union (EU) of certain seamless pipes and tubes of iron or non-alloy steel from 38.5% to 64.1%. This follows a Commission review requested by the Defence Committee of the Seamless Steel Tube Industry of the European Union, which also examined dumping duties on the same product from Croatia.
