UNIVERSITIES in the Netherlands are calling on the Dutch Government to cap the number of international students to maintain the quality of their degree programmes, Pieter Duisenberg, president of the Association of Universities of the Netherlands (UNL), has told University World News (UWN) in an interview on February 14.
