BY KEITH NUTHALLDENMARK has been ordered by the European Court of Justice (ECJ) to liberalise rules restricting foreign registered company car use in Denmark by Danish residents who work outside the country. The court has followed the advice of its advocate general Francis Jacobs in finding these rules breach Denmark's European Union (EU) treaty obligations on freedom of movement across Europe.
