DANISH BABY CLOTHES RETAILER TAKEOVER APPROVED BY EUROPEAN COMMISSION

BY KEITH NUTHALL THE EUROPEAN Commission has approved the takeover over Denmark baby clothes retailer BabySam by Netherlands-based AAC Capital Partners, and a Danish arm of the Polaris equity fund - Polaris Private Equity.
