BY ALAN OSBORNSMALL and medium sized businesses will find it cheaper in future to get the authorities to act when counterfeited goods are suspected, EU ministers have agreed. Under new measures aimed at halting the flow of fake goods into the EU, investigations by the Customs and Excise into suspected counterfeiting will become free of charge.
