CONSTRUCTION has begun on a fast railway linking the planned Beijing Daxing airport to the south of China’s capital city. The 41.36 km line will carry trains at up to 160 km/h and have three stations - the city station, Caoqiao, by the city’s third ring road, will have flight check in facilities.
