COLOMBIA APPEALS WTO DECISION ON TEXTILES TARIFF

Colombia is appealing a World Trade Organisation (WTO) decision that it broke its WTO global trading commitments regarding taxing the imports from Panama of textiles, as well as apparel and footwear.
