CHINA TELLS WTO RARE EARTH EXPORT RESTRICTIONS ARE GONE

THE CHINESE government has told a meeting of the World Trade Organisation (WTO) Dispute Settlement Body that it has complied with WTO rulings last August (2014) telling it to remove export duties and export quotas of rare earths.
