CHINA REGULATES INFANT FORMULA RECIPES

The China Food and Drug Administration (CFDA) has published a new regulation requiring the registration with its officials of infant formula recipes for products sold in the country. According to the regulation, which was released by the CFDA on June 8 (Wednesday), the agency must approve these registrations before any infant formula is sold in China, including imports, can be sold.
