CHINA-EU DEAL TRANSITION

DEADLINES for the introduction of quota limits on 10 Chinese clothing lines exported to the European Union (EU) have been released by the European Commission: goods shipped before June 11 will be free of limits and licences; from then import licences will be required; the quotas should come into force this week; and imported controlled lines will require Chinese export licences from July 20.
