The European Union (EU) and China look set to resume their long running World Trade Organisation dispute over whether EU anti-dumping duties imposed on imports of Chinese-made iron and steel fasteners are legal under global trading agreements.The Chinese government on Wednesday (Oct 30) requested formal talks on the issue at the WTO, which is usually the precursor to a formal dispute.
