BY KEITH NUTHALLA SUMMIT meeting of the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) has decided to formally inaugurate the Caribbean Court of Justice (CCJ) on April 16 at Port-of-Spain, Trinidad and Tobago. This is despite the Privy Council ruling that Jamaica had broken its own constitution in passing a law replacing its Law Lords as a final court of appeal with the CCJ.
