Regulators participating in the International Cooperation on Cosmetics Regulation (ICCR) met in Ottawa, Canada for their annual meeting (July 8 - 10) to discuss how member countries could better harmonise regulatory requirements and standards, promoting trade, among their cosmetics and personal care industries. The eight-year-old voluntary partnership involves regulatory bodies of the European Union, Canada, the United States, and Japan (with Brazil and China observing).
