THE SCIENTIFIC Steering Committee of the EU has reconfirmed that there is no evidence of a possible BSE risk from dairy products, but has nevertheless recommended caution. "Milk, colostrums or milk products from animals with clinical signs of BSE should, for precautionary reasons, not be consumed," it has said.
